By accessing or using treeloppingsutherlandshire.com.au (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users.
What the Service does
The Service provides information about tree work in the Sutherland Shire and passes enquiries to independent tree contractors. We do not perform tree work ourselves.
Any agreement to carry out work is formed between you and the contractor. Scope, price, timing, insurance, warranties and consumer guarantees for that work are matters between you and the contractor. We are not a party to it and we do not act as agent for either side. This is set out further in the disclaimer.
Information on this site
Content here is general information, not professional arboricultural, legal or planning advice. Tree assessment depends on the specific tree, site and conditions, and council rules change. Statements about permits, the Sutherland Shire Council tree management controls and the NSW Rural Fire Service 10/50 Vegetation Clearing Code are summaries only — verify your own situation with the relevant authority before acting.
Price ranges given on the cost guide are indicative. They are not a quote and nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
Your obligations
When you make an enquiry you agree to provide accurate information about the property, the trees and the access, and to have the authority to request work at that address. Do not use the Service to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material, to scrape or copy content systematically, or to interfere with its operation.

The text, layout and images on this site are owned by us or used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without consent. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with attribution.
Third-party links and embeds
The Service links to and embeds third-party material, including a form provider and mapping and analytics services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant information.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force, and a failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
