The owners of this website refer enquiries to third-party tree professionals. We do not directly provide tree removal, pruning, stump grinding or any other tree work. Any work you arrange is carried out by an independent contractor under an agreement between you and that contractor.
We do not verify contractors
We do not inspect or verify the licensing, certification, insurance or competence of contractors. We expect contractors to represent their qualifications and experience accurately, but we do not audit them.
Before any work starts, ask the contractor for:
- A current certificate of currency for public liability insurance.
- Evidence of arboriculture qualifications — AQF Level 3 for climbing and removal work, AQF Level 5 for anyone writing an arborist report to support a council application.
- Workers compensation cover for their crew.
Verify those with the issuing body or insurer if the job is large. That step is your protection, and it takes ten minutes.

Disputes
Agreements for work are between contractor and customer. We are not involved in, and do not arbitrate, disputes about price, scope, damage, delay or workmanship. Those should be resolved between the parties, through the contractor's insurer, or through NSW Fair Trading where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss arising out of the use of this website or reliance on its content, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may add to, delete or change content at any time without notice, and we do not warrant that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
